DAY TO DAY ITINERARY
Day 1 | Arrival in Nairobi
Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to your luxury hotel for an overnight stay. Take time to rest after your international flight and prepare for the safari ahead.
Day 2 | Nairobi to the Maasai Mara
This morning, transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to the Masai Mara. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to camp for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations.
Day 3 | Maasai Mara Safari
Spend the day exploring the Mara with your guide, following the movement of wildlife and, in season, the migration herds. The day may be structured around morning and afternoon game drives or adapted depending on sightings and your preferred pace.
Day 4 | Maasai Mara Safari
Your final full day in Kenya is dedicated to further safari activities in the Mara. Look out for predators, dramatic plains scenes, and the rich concentration of wildlife that makes this ecosystem legendary.
Day 5 | Maasai Mara to Serengeti
After breakfast, depart for your onward journey into Tanzania. Depending on routing, this may involve light aircraft connections and border formalities arranged as part of the journey. Arrive in the Serengeti and settle into camp before an afternoon game drive in an area known for dramatic river crossings during migration season.
Day 6 | Serengeti Safari
Spend a full day in the Serengeti. This region is at its most thrilling during migration season, when wildebeest gather near the river systems and crossings can unfold in breathtaking, unpredictable fashion. Your guide will position you carefully for the best possible wildlife viewing.
Day 7 | Full Day Serengeti
Continue into the south of the Central Serengeti, either by light aircraft or road transfer depending on the final arrangement. This region offers classic Serengeti scenery, broad open plains, and excellent year-round game viewing. Enjoy an afternoon safari activity on arrival.
Day 8 | Serengeti / Departure
Enjoy a final morning safari or relaxed breakfast in camp before your departure arrangements. Depending on your onward routing, connect to your international departure or continue with a tailor-made extension.
